PWR+ @ International Sport & Exercise Nutrition Conference 2013
This month the team have been attending and exhibiting PWR+ at the International Sport & Exercise Nutrition Conference at Northumbria University
The Conference was a high-level educational event for sports nutritionists, personal trainers and any professional interested in sports nutrition. The conference offered a comprehensive review of the effects of diet and exercise on health and performance, with particular focus on sport and lifestyle factors that influence health. Leading international speakers presented the latest evidence on sports nutrition.
A great event, which again highlighted the need for all natural products in professional sports people’s diet and life-styles. Our favourite quote of the event came from Dr Graeme Close paraphrasing Professor Ron Maughan
“If it works, there’s a good chance it is banned, if it looks to work, its most likely going to be banned”
